Preferred Plan Alternative

At the September 19th BLRA Board meeting, the members of the Authority voted to adopt the Final Reuse Master Plan. The Final Plan will be posted shortly. In the meantime, you can download the Draft Reuse Master Plan. The files are large and might be slow to download.

Even after several public meetings, BLRA Board workshops and plan feedback results, this  preferred plan alternative will undergo close scrutiny and analysis before a final Master Reuse Plan is designed. Check back often as we continue to refine the details of the plan.
