Jeffrey Jordan -
Deputy Director
Jeff brings with him more than 23 years of local government experience, most recently as the city manager for the city of South Portland, where he worked with several community organizations to establish a new vision for the redevelopment of the former Maine Youth Center.

Steve Levesque -
Executive Director
Steve possesses over twenty-five years of applied experience in business and economic development. He is the former commissioner of the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development, where he was highly regarded as a creative problem solver and has a proven record of accomplishment.

Alexis Mann -
Grants Administrator
Alexis provides excellent administrative support in maintaining the grants and budgets for the BLRA. She is a recent graduate from Hamilton College in New York where she majored in public policy, concentrating on community development and welfare policy. She most recently worked with the Brunswick office of economic development through Americorps. |

Kathy Paradis -
Executive Assistant
Kathy is the executive assistant to the Director. She brings to her position years of executive and legal administrative experience, including assisting the managers in the towns of Brunswick and Rockland. |

Bob Rocheleau -
Property Manager

Bob is responsible for managing all aspects of the real and personal property during the planning process. He has worked on major redevelopment projects in Maine in the past. Most recently, he was the director of sales and marketing for the Loring Development Authority, creating an implementing a marketing plan for the purpose of business attraction, job creation and utilizing existing facilities at the Loring Commerce Center. |
 Clare Tosto - Communications Coordinator

Clare is responsible for creating all public outreach materials, maintaining the web site and working on the public participation process. She comes to the BLRA with several years experience as the communications coordinator and marketing specialist for the Maine Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
